I love medical dramas, especially since they're the closest I'd get to that profession. I love Japan for creating medical dramas with ridiculous premises. GM Odore Doctor is a prime example. A full-time dancer who decided (or rather duped) to work part time as a doctor. And my, my Higashiyama pulls this off
